NEW BRITAIN – For those who have ever been curious about the sculptures dotting the landscape of the New Britain Museum of American Art, the season has come to lace up your sneakers and take a listen.

Guided tours of the museum’s grounds and the outdoor sculptures in relationship to the site will run from 1 to 2 p.m. today and every third Thursday of the month through October.

The NBMAA sits on three acres of land adjacent to the 100-acre Walnut Hill Park, designed by the renowned Frederick Law Olmsted.

The tour is free with museum admission. In the event of rain, the program will be cancelled.

The NBMAA is located at 56 Lexington St. For more information, call 860-229-0257 or visit nbmaa.org.
