St. Patrick's Day party at New Britain Museum of American Art tonight

NEW BRITAIN-Feeling lucky? Celebrate the luck o’ the Irish at the New Britain Museum of American Art’s Museum After Dark: St. Patrick’s Day party tonight.

Enjoy drinks, live music by international band Daymark Trio, performances and access to the galleries from 8 to 11 p.m.

Daymark describes their sound as traditional Irish music infused with infection energy, raw power and Northern swagger.

The group is made up of Will Woodson on flute and border pipes, Dan Foster on fiddle and Eric McDonald on guitar and vocals.

There will also be two short Irish step dancing performances by Scoil Rince Luimni Irish Dance Academy.

Spuds Your Way food truck will be on-site as well as a cash bar: $4 well drinks, $6 calls and $8 top shelf.

Admission is $20 for members and $30 non-members. It includes wine, beer, light snacks and entry into the museum’s galleries. Tickets must be purchased online by visiting nbmaa.org/event/st-patricks-day
