Berlin police report the following:

Gary M. Hornstein, 54, of Southampton, N.Y., was charged Oct. 16, 2016 with larceny third-degree false promise or pretense.

Michael Perciball, 37, of 67 Hobart St., New Haven, was charged Nov. 9, 2016 with larceny third-degree from building and second-degree forgery.

Robert J. Bottiglieri, 26, of 87 Acre Way, Southington, was charged July 20 with unsafe backing, following too close, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Jennifer Farr, 38, of 889 Farmington Ave., New Britain, was charged March 21 with larceny third-degree/wire fraud.

Martha Holmes, 48, of 319 New Britain Road, was charged July 30 with refusal to submit to chemical test and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Georgia Davey, 59, of 124 Cole Lane, was charged July 31 with larceny sixth-degree from coin-operated machine.

Martha Murphy Holmes, 46, of 319 New Britain Road, was charged July 30 with refusal to submit to chemical test and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Damien M. Liberda, 35, of 43 Briar Patch Dr., was charged Dec. 12, 2016, Jan. 30 and Dec. 14 with violation of probation.

Kyle Christian Burby, 23, of 576 Fenn Road, Newington, was charged May 15 with two counts of harassment 2nd/non-threatening.

Elmer Rodriguez, 53, of 579 Britton Ave., Staten Island, N.Y, was charged Aug. 5 with refusal to submit to chemical test, failure to drive in proper lane, multi lane highway and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Kimberly Roberts, 46, of 32 Surrey Drive, Newington, was charged Aug. 7 with failure to drive in proper lane, multi-lane highway and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Samuel D. Myers, 38, of 8 Longhill Road, Waterbury, was charged Aug. 12 with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane, multi-lane highway.

Robert Chittick, 31, of 1080 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged Aug. 12 with operating while registration is refused, suspended or revoked, larceny sixth-degree all others and larceny sixth-degree shoplifting.

Marcy Pelletier, 39, of 56 Loveland St., Middletown, was charged Aug. 13 with larceny sixth-degree.
