BERLIN - Berlin FIRST Robotics has postponed their Nutty Classic golf tournament until the spring. The tournament, which was to be held at Timberlin Golf Club in Berlin on Sept. 11, did not get enough golfer registrants, Paul Griswold, head mentor of the team, said. He added that the team wanted to avoid conflict with the Berlin Fair as well, by postponing it until the spring.

Organizers had planned a four-person shotgun scramble start, barbecue lunch, dinner and awards reception with raffle prizes to conclude the event. Organizers are now looking at a May date for the event.
