Berlin police report the following:

Xiomara Sanchez-Perez, 23, of 700 Albany Ave. 2S, Hartford was charged Oct. 11 with forging/altering prescriptions, forgery second-degree.

Michael J. Brennan, 33, of 174 Grandview Ave, was charged Oct. 19 with two counts of failure to appear second-degree.

Robert Agro, 19, of 157 Bunker Hill Rd., Meriden was charged Oct. 5 with four counts of failure to appear first-degree.

Cherish Allen, 28, of 300 Brittania St. Apt. 6, Meriden, was charged with larceny fourth-degree all other.

Melida Ordonez, 65, of 212 Burritt Street 1FL, New Britain, was charged Oct. 26 with failure to obey a traffic control signal, failure to drive in proper lane, multi highway, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Darius Quinones, 26, of 16 Ansonia St., Hartford, was charged July 21 with larceny sixth-degree from coin operated machine.

Christopher James Oldakowski, 43, of 60 Center St., Wallingford, was charged Oct. 31 with larceny sixth-degree/wire fraud.

Thomas Wilfred, 60, of 36 Ellsworth St., East Hartford, was charged Nov. 2 with failure to appear first-degree.

Juan J. Novoa, 24, of 318 High Rd. was charged Nov. 3 with driving the wrong way ona divided highway and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Lucas U. Crawford, 22, of 324 Maple St., New Britain, was charged Nov. 5 with narcotic drugs not in original container and illegal possession.

Agnieszka E. Gogo, 36, of 133 Songbird Ln., Farmington, was charged Nov. 6 with refusal to submit to chemical test, failure to drive in proper lane, multi-lane highway, interfering with officer, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
