NASHUA, N.H. - After falling into an early 3-0 hole, the Bristol Blues twice came back to tie the game on Sunday evening in New Hampshire against the Nashua Silver Knights, but were unable to claim the win.

Ben Maycock was 2-for-5 with a run and an RBI for the Blues, while Garrett Blaylock went 3-for-5 with a double and run scored.

Rocky Hill native Brandon Grover had a pair of RBI on a ground out and a sacrifice fly in the early innings.

An RBI single by Kyle Bonicki in the bottom of the sixth inning proved to be the winning run for Nashua.

Despite the loss, Bristol is still clinging to a narrow second place advantage in the West Division over both the Pittsfield Suns and Worcester Bravehearts.

The Blues will host the Bravehearts at Muzzy Field tonight in the first of two straight home games.
