A series of college baseball games involving Division I state teams have been scheduled for Dunkin' Donuts Park in Hartford, and the Central Connecticut State University baseball team will play in the first as it faces the University of Hartford in the front end of a doubleheader on Saturday, March 31, at 11:30 a.m.
The game will be the first at the park this year. Hartford will face UConn in the second game of the doubleheader at 3 p.m. Tickets, on sale via the Hartford Yard Goats’ website and priced at $10 for reserved seating, are good for both games. Tickets may also be purchased over the phone (860-246-4628) or in person by visiting the Click It or Ticket Box Office at Dunkin’ Donuts Park.
The first 500 students with valid IDs from CCSU, Hartford or UConn will receive free admission. Student tickets beyond the first 500 will be $5. Limited seating for the Home Plate Club is also available for $25 on a first-come, first-served basis. All seating areas and concession stands will be open for the games, along with the Travelers Fun Zone. Gates are scheduled to open at 10:30 a.m.
