Plainville police report the following:

Adam M. Dzilenski, 28, of 452 East St., Unit 2B, was charged Aug. 4 with criminal lockout and disorderly conduct.

Joseph C. Soucy, 43, of 100 Norton Park Road, was charged Aug. 4 with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.

John D. Waters, 29, of 75 Partridge Drive, was charged Aug. 5 with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Joseph C. Soucy, 43, of 100 Norton Park Road, was charged Aug. 5 with driving under the influence of liquor or drug, failure to signal and operating under suspension.

Giuseppe V. Vitarella, 40, of 96 New Britain Ave., was charged Aug. 7 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Matthew C. Scultz, 60, of 45 Maple St., Unit 19, was charged Aug. 8 with fifth-degree larceny.

Maria Bourlogiannis, 59, of 68 Pequot Road, was charged Aug. 8 with first-degree larceny and 10 counts of second-degree forgery.

Carl E. Dick, 69, of 35 Talcottville Road, Unit 269, was charged Aug. 8 with third-degree larceny.

Mikal A. Salmon, 19, of 56 Coolidge St., Hartford, was charged Aug. 9 with second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
