New Britain police report the following:

Joshua D. Derosier, 31, of 43 Laird Drive, Bristol, was charged Nov. 3 with third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics.

Wilfredo Roman, 60, of 247 Tremont St., was charged Nov. 3 with disorderly conduct, littering violation and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements.

Luis D. Rivera, 33, of 77 Walker Road, was charged Nov. 3 with possession of controlled substance/half to less than 4 ounces marijuana, sale of controlled substance, controlled substance within 1,500 feet of school, and use of drug paraphernalia less than half ounce.

Paul S. Ciarcia Jr., 44, of 632 High Road, Kensington, was charged Nov. 3 with two counts second-degree forgery, two counts insurance fraud and two counts second-degree larceny.

Robert H. Hardy, 36, of 502 South St., was charged Nov. 3 with criminal violation of restraining order, second-degree burglary, second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to child.

Ryan Anthony Gordon, 20, of 524 Eddy Glover Boulevard, was charged Nov. 3 with three counts second-degree failure to appear.

Cesar Noel Roman-Diez, 36, of 498 Ellis St., was charged Nov. 4 with disorderly conduct.

Victor O. Eloho, 26, of 248 Main St., was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree breach of peace.

Providenc Amissahgreen, 45, of 139 Washington St., Apt. 4S, was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting.

Adam Kaminski, 30, of 50 Blodgett Roy Drive, was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree failure to appear.
