New Britain Police report the following:

Marguerite C. Zygnerski, 52, 418 Meriden Waterbury Road, Southington, was charged on July 23 with evading responsibility.

Julio L. Rabassa, 30, 42 Goshen St., Hartford, was charged on July 23 with sixth-degree larceny and interfere with officer/resisting.

Larry Lopez, 42, 14 Tremont St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on July 23 with possession of narcotics and improper turn/stop no-signal.

Laurie Ann Stulpin, 51, 46 Acton St., was charged on July 23 with second-degree failure to appear.

Yolanda Ivette Roman, 25 59 Victoria Road, New Britain, was charged on July 23 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Joaquin Cesar Figueroa, 44, 78 Franklin Square, New Britain, was charged on July 23 with first-degree assault with serious physical injury.

Hector Manuel Anderson, 38, 225 Mill St., New Britain, was charged on July 24 with escape from custody and violation of probation.

Sean Mandable, 45, 326 Moose Hill Road, Monroe, was charged on July 24 with failure to respond payable violation, sixth-degree larceny and writing a bad check $500 or less.

Jose Luis Oyola, 29, 8 Turtle Creek, Apt C20, East Hartford, was charged on July 24 with second-degree failure to appear and two counts of violation of probation.

Alexis O. Padilla, 26, 92 Hart St., first floor, New Britain, was charge on July 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

Hector E. Colon, 33, 371 Broad St., New Britain, was charged on July 24 with second-degree breach of peace and interfere with officer/resisting.

Antonio McCoy, 41, Homeless, New Britain, was charged on July 25 with first-degree failure to appear.

Aaron A Hill, 45, 63 Barry Circle, Bloomfield, was charged on July 25 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocate, interfere with an emergency call, second-degree unlawful restraint and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Stephanie Ellena Villavicencio, 27, 26 Henry St., first floor, New Britain, was charged on July 25 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Michael Albert-Quinones, 36, 175 Oak St., first floor, New Britain, was charged on July 25 with violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

John Roman-Delgado, 19, 23 Connerton St., New Britain, was charged on July 25 with violation of probation, possession of narcotics and second-degree failure to appear.

Joyce Ann Flowers, 44, 17 Towney St., Hartford, was charged on July 25 with second-degree assault with serious physical injury drug/substance, two counts of risk of injury to a child and second-degree assault intent to injury by drug/substance.

Emma M. Canto, 81, 11 Skyline Drive, Farmington, was charged on July 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Anthony Dingle, 23, 1008 Capitol Ave., Hartford, was charged on July 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Kenneth Widdecomb, 58, 615 West Main St., Ap 3A, New Britain, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Timothy Bell, 25, 1403 Corbin Ave., second floor, New Britain, was charged on July 25 with disorderly conduct.

Neal C Hebb, 49, 55 Brittany Farms Road, Apt 315 Pebblebrook Apartments, New Britain, was charged on July 25 with disorderly conduct.

Rosa Maria Ortiz, 47, 220 Surrey St., Apt 91, Bristol, was charged on July 26 with two counts of failure to respond-payable violation.

David Devon McCoy, 258 Rocky Hill Ave., first floor, New Britain, was charged on July 26 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear, two counts of first-degree failure to appear, 2 violations of protective order and two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

Johnny Jackson Agron, 29, 511 High St., Apt 204, New Britain, was charged on July 26 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Julio Montalvo, 34, 721 Bound Line Road, Wolcott, was charged on July 26 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Tashalyn Chevella Covington, 28, 1285 Burnside Ave. C, East Hartford, was charged on July 26 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
