Voter turnout steady at New Britain, Bristol polls

Polls opened at 6 a.m. in Connecticut and so far voter turnout has been steady locally.

As of 1:30 p.m., New Britain City Hall officials reported that 8,358 registered voters had cast a ballot while in Bristol, officials reported that 13,185 register voters had cast a ballot. Check back throughout the evening for updated results. Polls close at 8 p.m.
