To The Editor:
We can’t afford business as usual at the state Capitol. When a public official accepts almost $100,000 a year from a special interest group, some people might call this a bribe, but the current state officials say this arrangement is legal.
Our current legislative leadership has made one bad deal after another with state unions.
These unfunded agreements not only hurt state taxpayers, but eventually hurt state workers if our state defaults on pension payments owed to these people. This has to change! Please support the Republican team on Nov. 6.
