New Britain police report the following:

Juan A. Mendez, 39, of 45 Locust St., first floor, was charged Nov. 2 with criminal violation civil protection order.

Richard D. Pawlak, 23, of 74 City Ave., was charged Nov. 3 with disorderly conduct.

Awusa Jason Alungbe, 20, of 444 Alexander Road, was charged Nov. 3 with possession of controlled substance/half to less than 4 ounces marijuana, possession with intent to sell/dispense, failure to display plates/inserts and illegal operating motor vehicle without tint inspection.

Jimmy Alicea, 56, of 300 W. Main St., second floor, was charged Nov. 3 with violation of probation.

Jerome S. Mathis, 28, of 218 Arch St., Apt. 2B, was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Tracy M. Whitley, 35, of 60 Ferry St., Apt. A1, was charged Nov. 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Glen C. Fahey, 47, of 565 Clark Ave., Bristol, was charged Nov. 3 with possession of narcotics, illegal operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and illegal operating motor vehicle under suspension.
