New Britain police report the following:

Fermin Adorno, 19, of 127 Hillcrest Ave., West Hartford, was charged Nov. 8 with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and second-degree criminal mischief.

Elizabeth Laurel Petersen, 43, of 102 Vine St., was charged Nov. 8 with second-degree failure to appear.

Anthony L. Decrosta, 25, of 13 Vine St., Apt. 302, was charged Nov. 8 with violation of probation.

Arquipo Rivera, 59, of 1432 Corbin Ave., was charged Nov. 8 with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

Luis R. Mejia, 29, of 70 Trinity St., second floor, was charged Nov. 9 with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell/dispense nondpnt, controlled substance within 1,500 feet of school, and operation of drug factory.

Victor Antonio Hernandez, 24, of 477 Maplewood Ave., second floor, Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 9 with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of protective order.

Alfred Yelling, 46, of 233 Allen St., Apt. B10, was charged Nov. 9 with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell/dispense nondpnt.

Anthony T. Mongelluzzo, 57, of 60 Rivercrest Drive, Plantsville, was charged Nov. 9 with second-degree failure to appear, and possession of narcotics.

Antoinette Tashley French, 22, of 75 E. Harold St., Hartford, was charged Nov. 9 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Isis Waleska Velez, 21, of 64 Johnson Ave., Meriden, was charged Nov. 9 with second-degree breach of peace.
