NEWINGTON - Three 18-year-olds from East Hartford were arrested on burglary charges Wednesday after a woman called police when she saw them walking among parked vehicles at her condo complex.

The woman noticed a black BMW in the lot around 3:45 a.m. and watched three men get out, police said. She then called police to report that they were walking parked cars.

An officer was nearby and found two of the men in their car. A third man ran off but was later found and arrested, police said.

The officer reported seeing evidence inside the BMW that car burglaries had taken place.

Police also learned that a fourth man was involved, but he was not caught.

Kwasi Yehoah and Dillon Curtis were charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. Antwaun Blake was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit both.

All were held on $50,000 bond and are expected to appear today in New Britain Superior Court, police said.
