Southington motorcyclist dies in New Britain crash

NEW BRITAIN - A Southington man died after his motorcycle veered into a guardrail on Route 9 Saturday.

State Police Troop H identified the victim as 47-year-old Brian Kleinhen.

Kleinhen was travelling south when he crashed around 3:30 p.m. near Exit 28. Police closed the highway for the next four hours.

His motorcycle hit with the metal guardrail on a curve on the right side of the highway.
