New Britain police report the following:

Jaroslaw Chalupka, 34, 62 Beach St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 31 with first-degree criminal mischief and violation of protective order.

Stacey Anne Dubowsky-Melendez, 38, 8 Cornelius Way, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 31 with second-degree breach of peace.

Marquee D. Smith, 38, 45 Dunlay St., Apt. 2, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 31 with disorderly conduct.

Lucy Esther Cintron, 37, 45 Dunlay St., Apt. 2, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 31 with disorderly conduct.

Stephanie Rodriguez, 407 East St., first floor, New Britain., was charged on Dec. 31 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Roberto Soto, Jr., 34, 18 Greenwood St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 31 with second-degree breach of peace.

Zamia Young, 28, 65 Belden St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 31 with risk of injury to a child, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault-elderly victim and disorderly conduct.

Zamiah Young, 28, 65 Belden St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on Jan. 1 with violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Gavin Germaine Johnson, 34, 388 Perkins Ave., Unit 10, Waterbury, was charged on Jan. 1 with second-degree breach of peace.

Roxann L. Arnett, 32, 14 Michelle Terrace, New Britain, was charged on Jan. 1 with disorderly conduct.

Priscilla A. Oslander, 47, 14 Michelle Terrace, New Britain, was charged on Jan. 1 with disorderly conduct.

Paul G. Spak, 60, 114 Union Road, Eastford, was charged on Jan. 1 with second-degree breach of peace.

Hector A. Guardarranos, 28, 50 Garden Drive, Riverside, R.I., was charged on Jan. 1 with failure to drive upon right and illegal operation of moving vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Kimberly Renee Hendricks, 44 Lawlor St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on Jan. 2 with disorderly conduct.

Juann Javier McClendon, 32, homeless, New Britain, was charged on Jan. 2 with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault-intent serious injury and second-degree strangulation/suffocation.
