New Britain police report the following:

Robert K. Grossman, 57, 241 Arch St., New Britain, was charged on March 2 with failure to respond to infraction.

Jeffrey Eugene Beard, 53, 222 Kensington Ave., second floor, New Britain, was charged on March 2 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Geraldo Ruiz, 21, 111 Clinic Drive, Apt. 204, New Britain, was charged on March 2 with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Gilbert Torres, 44, 45 Dewey St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on March 3 with disorderly conduct.

Avery Steven Eleby, 574 West Main St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on March 3 with second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jose Manuel Molina, 18, 63 North St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on March 3 with two counts of violation of probation.

Wally Marmol, 20, 401 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged on March 3 with first-degree criminal trespass.

Edward J. Velesvilla, 30, 206 Maple St., first floor, New Britain, was charged on March 3 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Nine Chanel Covington, 41, 39 Nash St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on March 3 with second-degree failure to appear.

Gilbert Torres, 44, 45 Dewey St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on March 3 with disorderly conduct.
