New Britain police report the following:

Ivelisse Lugo, 31, 26 Marwood Drive, New Britain, was charged on June 23 with second-degree breach of peace.

Jarilie Martinez, 27, 172 Chapman St., New Britain, was charged on June 24 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Eliezer Urbina, 47, 10 Walnut St., Apt. 103, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with possession of a controlled substance.

Scott D. Benoit, 50, 24 Henry St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with violation of probation.

Danniel Junior Ocasio-Ocasio, 21, 104 Dwight St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

James Jordan Hellandbrand, 32, 72 Roosevelt St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with violation of probation.

Dylan Michael Vitale, 20, 62 Horseplain Road, Apt. 102, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with intent cruelty-child, first-degree assault and risk of injury to a child.

Jose Roman, 44, homeless, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with first-degree breach of peace, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree threatening and two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

Luis Mario Rivera, 20, 19125 Timber Pine, Orlando, Fla., was charged on June 24 with extradition no arrest warrant.

Damien P. Wineglass, 44, 10 Grand St., Apt. 112, New Britain, was charged on June 24 with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

James Frederick Morrison, 27, 99 Barnes St., New Britain, was charged on June 24 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Tyrese Ambelique Jarrett, 19, 659 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged on June 24 with second-degree assault-injury striking/kick head and disorderly conduct.

Francesca E. Henry, 36, 205 East St., New Britain, was charged on June 24 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Hector Rivera, 54, 160 West St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on June 25 with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Amanda Iris Calderon, 24, 166 Glen St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on June 25 with possession with intent to sell/dispense narcotic, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of exploding fireworks and creating a public disturbance.
