New Britain boys basketball loses first half lead, falls to Windsor

NEW BRITAIN - The New Britain boys basketball team fell to Windsor on Saturday afternoon, 78-68.

The Hurricanes started off strong, as they outscored the Warriors 42-33 in the first half, but lost momentum as the second half began.

Windsor took control and outscored New Britain 55-26 in the second half.

Kareem Brown and Jafari Newman lead the Hurricanes with 361 points total, Brown scoring 16 while Newman scored 15.

New Britain will play away in New London next Friday.
