New Britain boys basketball, down 16 at halftime, surges back to beat visiting Farmington in OT

NEW BRITAIN - The New Britain boys basketball team, down by 16 points at halftime, surged back with a strong third quarter on its way to a 62-60 victory over visiting Farmington in overtime on Thursday night.

New Britain (5-2) was led by Kaiyon Gunn (18 points, 10 rebounds, 10 steals), Shamah Charles (13 points), Tahmeen Dupree (10 points) and Maurice Turner (7 points).

Farmington (6-2) was led by Bube Momah (15 points), Makhi Hawkins (14) and Grayson Herr (14).
