NEWINGTON - Three women were arrested Monday during an undercover prostitution sting on the Berlin Turnpike, police said.

Tamar Creel, 33, of Stafford, was arrested on prostitution and drug charges after she offered to engage in sexual conduct in exchange for money, police said.

Nicole Laflamme, 38, of Simsbury, and Valerie Marco, no age given, of Middletown, were charged with prostitution during the same operation, police said.

All three women were released on bond and are scheduled to appear in New Britain Superior Court on April 30.
