She spent her final years in Venice, Fla., with her husband, where she spoiled her dog, kept in close contact with her family and enjoyed retirement.

She is survived by her husband, John. P. Kraft, of Venice, Fla., and two sons, John F. Kraft and his wife Esther (Ra) Kraft of Sammamish, Wash.; Scott G. Kraft and his partner Jamison Gosselin of Portland, Ore. She leaves three grandchildren, Jebediah, Katherine and Sophia Kraft of Sammamish. She leaves several nieces and nephews, her godchildren and surviving siblings.

A memorial service in Marilyn’s honor will be held at a later date, with disposition of her remains at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Marilyn’s memory to Tidewell Hospice, Philanthropy Department, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238. While her time in hospice care was short, the family extends its gratitude to the hospice care team.
