Krystyna (Niedzwiecka) Bialczak, 87, of New Britain died on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at the Hospital of Central Connecticut.

She was born in Poland and has lived in New Britain for over 50 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church.

She was a cook for over 40 years at the Meadowland Restaurant in New Britain.

Krystyna will be remembered by her family and friends for being a strong, hardworking, and independent woman who loved to cook and help everyone she knew. Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and seeing everyone together and happy.

She was the widow of Edward Bialczak and is survived by her Daughter, Agnes Lubomski and her son, Jerry Bialczak. She leaves five grandchildren and their spouses, Robert and Amber Bialczak, Elizabeth and Adam Brodeur, David Bialczak, Steve and Mindy Lubomski, James and Jen Lubomski, as well as seven precious great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 12, 2017, at 9 a.m. from the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain, followed by the funeral liturgy at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, New Britain. Burial will be at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
