Anastazja Baranowski

On Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, Anastazja Baranowski, 93, was called to eternal life at her New Britain residence. Born in Poland on March 15, 1924, she was a longtime resident of New Britain where she was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Church. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a machinist at Atlantic Tool, giving many years of dedicated service.

She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Baranowski and a son, Slawian “Jerry” Baranowski. Left to honor and cherish her memory are her sons, George Baranowski and his wife, Danuta, of Berlin and Marv Baranowski and his wife, Krystyna, of Kensington, a stepdaughter, Krystyna Broniszewski of Poland, a daughter-in-law, Carol Baranowski of Vermont, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Her life and funeral will be celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 15, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church with burial following at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
