Muryn P. Hotchkiss

Muryn P. Hotchkiss, 83, entered the Church Triumphant on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2018.

She was born March 9, 1934, to Robert and Marion Robb Pattison and was the widow of Clifford H. Hotchkiss of Plainville.

She leaves her only sister, Barbara P. Carlson, and her husband, Kenneth, of Sandy Hook; nephew, Craig Carlson, and his wife, Pamela, of New Milford; a niece, Robin Kilson, and her husband, Neal, of Southbury; nephew, Stephen Carlson of Woodbury; niece, Carrie Warner, and her husband, Mark, of Southbury; 10 nieces and nephews; and a great-nephew and great-niece.

She graduated from New Britain High School in 1952, was married to Clifford Hotchkiss on July 27, 1957 and lived in Plainville. She moved to Roxbury after her husband’s death in 1999.

She was a loving and caring sister and a special aunt to her nieces and nephews. She will be missed.

There are no calling hours and burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, New Britain, CT – date to be determined. Arrangements in care of the Honan Funeral Home, Newtown.
