William 'Bill' Aiudi

William “Bill” Aiudi, 67, of New Britain, widower of Nancy (Lewis) Aiudi, passed away Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018, at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. A native and lifelong New Britain resident, Bill was the son of Doris (Gottlin) Aiudi of New Britain and the late Joseph J. Aiudi. A graduate of New Britain High School, Class of 1968, Bill was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and served in the CT Army National Guard. Bill owned and operated E. Aiudi & Sons Contractors in Berlin the past 50 years. He was also a member of the Marchegian Club in New Britain.

Survived by a son, Dane Aiudi and his wife, Jennifer, of New Britain; a brother, Alan Aiudi of New Britain; and a sister, Cheryl Cook-Moroni of Westbrook; two grandchildren, Mason and Madison Aiudi; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are Saturday, March 3, 2018, 10 a.m. at Carlson Funeral Home, 45 Franklin Square, New Britain. Calling hours will be held Friday, March 2, 2018, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be in Maple Cemetery, Berlin.
