Lukasz Madejski, precious 4-year-old son of Emilia Jackiewicz and Adam Madejski, died in a heartbreaking accident at home on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018. Lukasz was a little boy who gave so much love and brightened up everyone’s lives with his giant smile. Jesus called him home when He said, “Let the children come to Me.”
In addition to his parents, Lukasz is survived by his big brother, Jakub; his maternal grandparents, Zbigniew and Wieslawa Jackiewicz; his paternal great-grandmother, Alina Madejski; his Godparents: aunt, Alicja Jackiewicz and uncle, the Rev. David Madejski; his uncle, Michal Jackiewicz and his girlfriend Ela Ochala; his aunt, Jessica Madejski; his cousins, Angel and Adrian Rivera; his great-uncles, Greg Klimas and wife Agnieszka, Darek Madejski and wife Beata, and Jan Jarosz and wife Barbara; his great-aunt Ewa Jaros, her husband Jaroslaw, their daughter Ania and her boyfriend, Sean Ingenito. Lukasz also has an extended family in Poland.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated DIRECTLY at Sacred Heart Church on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 9:30 a.m. with Lukasz’s uncle, the Rev. David Madejski presiding.
