Ricky Dubay Jr., age 22, from Newington, Conn., currently living in New Britain, Conn., passed away suddenly on Monday, Oct. 1, 2018. He was born on Oct. 13, 1995, in Hartford. He graduated Newington High in 2013 and Lincoln College in 2017, with an electrical degree. He was working at the Home Depot on the Berlin Turnpike, which gave him a lot of joy and happiness. He loved football with his favorite team being the Denver Broncos. He loved playing video games with his nephew. He always had a smile and ready to make a joke and make everyone laugh. He was a sweet, loving, kind hearted person. He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Golebiewski, great-grandmother, Eleanor Golebiewski, pepere and memere, Fidele and Nel Dubay, grandfather, Thaddeus Golebiewski, brother, Louis Cosnotti, Sister, Rebecca Walton and her companion, Jason Levesque, sister, Jessica Dubay and her companion, Blaine Anderson, and sister, Aliyah, a nephew and niece, Thaddeus Walton and Allison Levesque, his aunt, Kym Dubay and her son, Jeremy with his companion, Jazmine and daughter, Lavender, his uncle and aunt, Thaddeus and Valerie Golebiewski and their children, Kathleen and Nicolas. He also leaves behind many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Ricky Dubay Sr., grandmother, Marcia (Bobo) Golebiewski, and his loving aunt, Barbara Walton, who raised him as her own son.

A memorial service for Ricky will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, at the Luddy-Peterson Funeral Home, 205 S.
