Southington police report the following:

Melissa Connoy, 33, of 1429 Meriden Ave., was charged April 13 with failure to drive in proper lane and seat belt violation.

Guillermo Torres Jr., 46, of 159 Vance St., New Britain, was charged April 14 with passing in a no passing zone.

Laura Dimasso, 49, of 53 Round Hill Road was charged April 14 with following too close.

Bonnie Gay, 69, of 43 Academy St., was charged April 14 with failure to renew registration.

Luis Rivera, 60, of 26 Homestead Ave., New Britain, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Alexander Cruz, 26, of 112 Thomas St., Middletown, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Carlo Docchio, 51, of 9 Deborah Lane, Farmington, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Vincenzo Stevens, 23, of 301 Dunham St., was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Jared Winslow, 25, of 142 Mountain Road, Cornwall Hudson, NY, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Heather Belanger, 34, of 122 Milford St. Extension, Plainville, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Sarah A. Welch, 24, of 72 Booth St., New Britain, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Alex S. Sinclair, 46, of 279 Sunnydale Ave., Bristol, was charged April 15 with traveling too fast and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Jonathan D. Shweky, 46, of 1746 Tuttle Ave., Wallingford, was charged April 17 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling too fast.

Marissa H. McCoy, 22, of 59 King St., Springfield, was charged April 18 with failure to obey traffic signal.

Rachel A. Ciarcia, 35, of 160 West Washington St., Bristol, was charged April 18 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Michael J. Angelone, 51, of 360 Mulberry St., Plantsville, was charged April 18 with cell phone violation.

Brenda Short-Meadows, 52, of 168 Grove St., Meriden, was charged April 18 with failure to insure motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, cell phone violation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
