Southington police report the following:

Vincenzo Stevens, 23, of 301 Dunham St., was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Jared Winslow, 25, of 142 Mountain Road, Cornwall Hudson, N.Y., was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Heather Belanger, 34, of 122 Milford St. Extension, Plainville, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Sarah A. Welch, 24, of 72 Booth St., New Britain, was charged April 15 with cell phone violation.

Alex S. Sinclair, 46, of 279 Sunnydale Ave., Bristol, was charged April 15 with traveling too fast and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Jonathan D. Shweky, 46, of 1746 Tuttle Ave., Wallingford, was charged April 17 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling too fast.

Marissa H. McCoy, 22, of 59 King St., Springfield, Mass. was charged April 18 with failure to obey traffic signal.

Rachel A. Ciarcia, 35, of 160 West Washington St., Bristol, was charged April 18 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Michael J. Angelone, 51, of 360 Mulberry St., Plantsville, was charged April 18 with cell phone violation.

Brenda Short-Meadows, 52, of 168 Grove St., Meriden, was charged April 18 with failure to insure motor vehicle, improper use of marker plates, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, cell phone violation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Scott S. Laviano, 28, of 25 Lawnsdale St., Kensington, was charged April 18 with cell phone violation and driving under the influence.

Jeannette Gonzalez, 43, of 70 Ledgecrest Ave., New Britain, was charged April 18 with failure to maintain lane, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to secure child in restraint seat.

Matthew P. Neisser, 36, of 130 North Star Drive, was charged April 18 with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and cell phone violation.

Katelyn E. McCandless, 31, of 550 Darling St., was charged April 18 with cell phone violation.

Melissa Bonito, 40, of 68 Round Hill Road, was charged April 18 with having a roaming dog and a vicious dog.

Richard R. Daniels, 48, of 80 Homesdale Ave., was charged April 18 with traveling too fast.

Steven E. Cianciolo, 23, of 24 Defashion St., was charged April 19 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Edward A. De Los Angeles, 26, of 100 E. Mosholu Parkway, Bronx, NY, was charged April 19 with conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Radhames Fabian, 23, of 40 McFadden Circle, Yonkers, NY was charged April 19 with conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Denise Cabrera, 19, of 8 W. 118 St., New York, NY, was charged April 19 with criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Kyle Solimon 18, of 100 Kathryn Lane, Plantsville, was charged April 19 with having a roaming dog.

Wesley Tomaz-Delima, 31, of 80 Newington Road, West Hartford, was charged April 20 with cell phone violation.

Sherri L. Miron, 52, of 23 Parkview Drive, Plantsville, was charged April 20 with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Myco Foy, 154 Triangle St., Danbury, was charged April 20 with failure to keep right.
