Southington police report the following:

Victor Mendoza, 32, of 38 Main St., New Britain, was charged Aug. 23 with cell phone violation, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of marker plates, failure to insure motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Johnathon Henninger, 39, of 9 Canal St., Plainville, was charged Aug. 23 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Cerena Stimpson, 23, of 69 Stiles St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 23 with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with officers.

Mark Casella, 55, of 500 Pleasant St., was charged Aug. 23 with sixth-degree larceny.

Katherine Jusino-Korbabicz, 47, of 62 Foley Drive, was charged Aug. 24 with failure to carry insurance card.

Devin Morales, 20, of 132 Wolcott St., Bristol, was charged Aug. 24 with extradition, second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and conspiracy.

Angel Valentin, 18, of 112 Lasalle St., New Britain, was charged Aug. 24 with second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and conspiracy.
