Southington police report the following:

Carmen M. Lugo, 37, of 14 Bridgeport Ave., was charged Oct. 11 with three counts of probation violation.

Carleton Plummer, 49, of 41 Summer St., was charged Oct. 11 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a half-ounce of marijuana.

Delilah T. Shea, 18, of 369 West Center St., was charged Oct. 11 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and failure to obey stop sign.

Jason Lagasse, 29, of 183 Cleveland Road, St. Agatha, Me, was charged Oct. 12 with failure to respond to infraction.

Matthew T. Horn, 33, of 36 McMullen Ave., Wethersfield, was charged Oct. 12 with violation of a protective order.

Joseph G. Santiago, 42, of 216 South Main St., New Britain, was charged Oct. 13 with passing a standing school bus.

Kevin Boryszewski, 58, of 451 South Main St., Wallingford, was charged Oct. 13 with sixth degree larceny.

Alex Gumprecht, 18, of 8 Hamilton Ave., was charged Oct. 13 with criminal mischief.

Nicholas Boutin, 21, of 1 James Ave., Plainville was charged Oct. 13 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Ryan Upson, 22, of 119 Sabrina Drive, was charged Oct. 14 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Lemire, 33, of 1225 Queen St., was charged Oct. 14 with creating a public disturbance.

Shane Wilson, 1175 Farmington Ave., Bristol, was charged Oct. 14 with sixth degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, interfering with officers and extradition.

Brandi A. Lyons, 22, of 41 Farmington Ave., Plainville, was charged Oct. 15 with failure to maintain lane and evading responsibility.

Jamaal Russaw, 29, of 171 Vance Road, Bristol, was charged Oct. 15 with failure to drive in proper lane.

Christopher Peguero, 27, of 44 Horse Plain Road, New Britain, was charged Oct. 15 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Thomas Gale, 37, of 423 Meriden Ave., was charged Oct. 18 with failure to maintain lane.

Richard Hoyt III, 18, of 103 6th St., was charged Oct. 18 with following too close.

Joshua Briggs, 28, of 21 Lincoln St., Bristol, was charged Oct. 18 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

John Barton, 31, of 172 Rethal St., was charged Oct. 19 with disorderly conduct and possession of an illegal firearm.

Vanessa Volpe, 31, of 78 Robin Hill Road, Meriden, was charged Oct. 19 with driving under the influence, driving in improper lane and reckless driving.

Jose Perez, 40, of 16 Sheffield St., New Britain, was charged Oct. 18 with having a nuisance dog.

Izabela Sendrowski, 32, of 74 Simms Road, Berlin, was charged Oct. 18 with failure to drive in proper lane.

Gabriel Tryston, 20, of 433 Wethersfield Road, Berlin, was charged Oct. 18 with failure to drive in proper lane.

Gregory Bolduc, 34, of 355 Mill St., was charged Oct. 19 with third degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, third degree criminal mischief and second degree breach of peace.

Matthew M. Marcuccio, 28, of 10 Oxbow Lane, Guilford, was charged Oct. 20 with probation violation.

Jason Alfano, 40, of 1 Eastview Road, was charged Oct. 20 with third degree criminal mischief and two counts of second degree breach of peace.

Samantha Shelton, 41, of 1 Eastview Road, was charged Oct. 20 with two counts of breach of peace and conspiracy to commit third degree criminal mischief.

Kelly Ruderman, 31, of 77 Autran Ave., was charged Oct. 20 with second degree failure to appear.
