Southington police report the following:

Martiros Torosyan, 33, of 7924 Woodman Ave., Panorama, CA, was charged April 15 with interfering with an officer.

Thomas Fluker, 44, of 292 Britannia St., Meriden, was charged April 16 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Maria E. Ochoa, 46, of 116 Midfield Drive, Waterbury, was charged April 16 with failure to respond to infraction.

Andrea E. Reyes, 24, of 751 Long Hill Road, Middletown, was charged April 17 with second-degree failure to appear.

Wayne Gouthro, 33, of 163 Canton Road, Burlington, was charged April 17 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Jeffrey Amponsah, 18, of 1870 Lafayette St., Bronx, NY, was charged April 18 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Marlene Rivera, 21, of 134 Beach 59th St., Averne, NY, was charged April 18 with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Angel Leduc, 27, of 22 Hazel St., Hartford, was charged April 19 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of a restraining order.

Dariusz Zajac, 19, of 192 River St., was charged April 19 with permitting a minor to possess alcohol and second-degree forgery.

Marcin Szewdo, 29, of 64 Nutmeg Hill Road, was charged April 20 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Mariusz Kieda, 34, of 72 Tarragon Drive, East Hampton, was charged April 20 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Maria Fernanda Santana Flores, 22, of 53 Cooke St., Waterbury, was charged April 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Giovanni Rosada, 25, of 81 Collins Ave., Meriden, was charged April 21 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Jacob Morris, 29, of 202 West St., was charged April 22 with disorderly conduct.
