Southington Police report the following:

Sean Rivera, 18, of 123 Vine St., New Britain, was charged Oct. 6 with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Mark Hayes, 28, of 140 George St., Bristol, was charged Oct. 7 with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace and probation violation.

Chad, 29, of 35 Morning Mist Road, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 8 with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery.

Samantha White, 26, of 71 Celia Drive, Waterbury, was charged Oct. 8 with criminal impersonation, interfering with officers, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree failure to appear and two counts of probation violation,

Andrew Perugini, 54, of 126 Clinton Hill Road, Wolcott, was charged Oct. 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Brophy, 61, of 126 Clinton hill Road, Wolcott, was charged Oct. 8 with second-degree larceny.

Emilee Pellrine, 18, of 1444 Flanders Road, was charged Oct. 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia within 1500 feet of a school and possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school.

Emily Hanson, 20, of 337 Hart St., was charged Oct. 8 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

James Kitchens, 34, of 322 Newhall St., New Haven, was charged Oct. 10 with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Nghi Lam, 47, of 12 Fenwood Road, was charged Oct. 10 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jonathan Estok, 39, of 38 Hemlock Drive, Milford, was charged Oct. 11 with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.

Edwin Gammon, 56, of 262 Celia Drive, Wolcott, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree reckless endangerment and possession of narcotics.

Justin Irace, 22, of 59 Hunting Hill Drive, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree breach of peace.

James Bisson, 32, of 253 Blohm St., West Haven, was charged Oct. 11 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Douglas Pouncey Jr., 43, of 7 Upson Drive, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and interfering with 911 call.

David Boulanger, 65, of 109 Spring Hill Road, was charged Oct. 11 with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury/impairing morals of a child.

Joshua Herrera, 20, of 175 Elm St., New Britain, was charged Oct. 12 with second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

Dagmara Charyk, 35, of 444 Mill St., was charged Oct. 14 with sixth-degree larceny.

Kelly Ruderman, 32, of 64 Bristol St., was charged Oct. 15 with second-degree failure to appear.

Derick Markavich, 31, of 115 Norton St., Plantsville, was charged Oct. 15 with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drugs near a school, illegal manufacture and distribution, second-degree larceny and failure to fingerprint.

Rodd Florian, 49, of 514 Main St., was charged Oct. 15 with interfering with officers.

Johnnie Bird, 56, of 45 Savings St., Waterbury, was charged Oct. 15 with three counts of second-degree forgery.

James Rossignol, 29, of 90 Washington St., was charged Oct. 17 with probation violation.

Douglas Pouncy Jr., 43, of 7 Upson St., was charged Oct. 17 with violation of a protective order.

Vincenzo Dagata, 24, of 24 Strong Court, Plainville, was charged Oct. 17 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Kissi, 21, of 84 Stonegate Road, New Britain, was charged Oct. 17 with second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, illegal obtaining of drugs, conspiracy to commit illegal obtaining of drugs, possession of illegal substance and conspiracy to commit possession of illegal substance.

Samuel J. DeJesus, 41, of 10 Hollowbrook Road, Windsor, was charged Oct. 18 with probation violation.

Shawn Belden, 30, of 57 Woodard Drive, Bristol, was charged Oct. 18 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
