Southington police report the following:

Miguel Serrano, 28, of 359 Main St., Bristol, was charged April 1 with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Willie Darby III, 28, of 58 Buell St., New Britain, was charged April 1 with three counts of sixth-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Deborah A. Stone-Burns, 50, of 135 Miller Farms Road, Plantsville, was charged April 1 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Rae, 38, of 44 Richard Ave., Wolcott, was charged April 1 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany Heslin, 21, of 150 West Main St., Plainville, was charged April 1 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler Gingras, 22, of 138 Hillcrest Ave., Newington, was charged April 1 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
