Police blotter

Southington police report the following:

Pamela Rustigan, 54, of 251 Norton St., was charged July 18 with breach of peace.

Kyle Calechman, 30, of 37 Birchcrest Drive, was charged July 19 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Otis Mendez, 29, of 70 Webster St., Plainville, was charged July 21 with first degree failure to appear.

Dawn Girau-Stephens, 35, of 121 Berlin Ave., was charged July 21 with possession of a controlled substance.

Paul A. Toreno, 38, of 370 Pondview Drive, was charged July 22 with risk of injury, second degree criminal mischief and third degree assault.

Paul J. Shappy, 74, of 198 Spring Lake Road, was charged July 22 with breach of peace.

Anthony Lyons, 32, of 428 Broad St., Meriden, was charged July 22 with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
