Police: Car slams into Farmington jewelry store

FARMINGTON - Police in Connecticut say a car crashed through the window of a jewelry store.

WVIT-TV reports the collision happened Tuesday evening in Farmington. Police say the vehicle jumped the curve and slammed into Monarch Jewelers.

It's unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.

The cause of the crash is unclear. An investigation continues.
