NEW BRITAIN — Mayor Erin Stewart announced Monday that she has another baby on the way.
“My husband Domenic and I are thrilled to share our news with everyone,” Mayor Erin Stewart said. “Our daughter Lina is looking forward to being a big sister and we can’t wait to welcome our new baby this fall.”
Stewart made the announcement on her Facebook page, posting “Lina’s running for… BIG SISTER this year! She’s going to need all your votes! Domenic and I are so excited our family of 3 will soon be 4!”
Her post had more than 1,100 likes and heart reactions soon after the announcement. More than 430 people commented to wish her well and 13 people shared the news.
“Wonderful news, congratulations,” wrote Irene Chlastawa. “So happy for the whole family, parents and grandparents.”
Damaris Lopez also wished Stewart well. “Congratulations and blessings to you guys,” she wrote.
